At Preschool Pals Advisors, we focus on understanding the unique developmental needs of each child. We help expatriate families navigate Singapore’s early education landscape—home to more than 2,000 preschools—through personalized guidance and resources available in both English and Spanish. Our services include a complimentary intake questionnaire to determine how we can best support your family, along with one-on-one consultations, customized research, preschool site visits, digital downloads, and ongoing support (all available for a fee). We save you hours of research, equip you with practical tools, and provide continued guidance—so you can make confident, informed decisions for your child’s early education. Initial Consultation

Are we a good match? Before scheduling a consultation, please complete our online questionnaire. It helps us determine whether our services align with your preschool search needs. We’ll respond within a week to schedule a meeting where we’ll learn more about your child and how we can support you. If you choose to hire us, the consultation fee will be credited toward your service package.

Curated Preschool Shortlist*

Our core service provides a customized list of 3 to 5 preschools that align with your child’s needs and your family’s priorities. Each recommendation is based on thoughtful research and a deep understanding of the preschool landscape. School profiles include key details such as educational philosophy, admissions timelines, tuition, and standout features. This service saves you significant time and offers clarity in a landscape of endless preschool options.

School Site Visits & Debriefs*

We accompany parents on 1 to 2 preschool visits to help them see beyond the brochures and better understand each school’s environment, approach, and overall fit. During the visits, we provide observations, context, and reflections to help families assess each option through the lens of their own priorities. For an additional fee, parents may also schedule a debrief meeting with us after all visits are completed to review impressions, ask follow-up questions, and receive further guidance before making a final decision.

Alternatives to Preschool

Understanding that not all families seek to place their children in preschools, we also help parents find enrichment programs, therapy centers, and other early years service providers to support their children's growth and development. Our services include customized research, site visits, and ongoing support to help families explore the best non-preschool options for their needs.

HR professionals play a key role in helping international employees settle in Singapore. By partnering with HR teams, we provide personalized support for preschool selection, allowing expatriate employees to focus on their new roles while we ensure their children and families find the necessary educational support. Our flexible, hourly consultations—conducted via video conference—provide timely, personalized guidance whenever you need it. This ongoing support offers peace of mind and continuity as your child grows and their needs evolve.

We also offer a range of digital resources for parents who prefer to take a hands-on approach to their family’s preschool search. Our digital resources include The Preschool Insider, a one-stop guide resource-packed with valuable insights, tips, and advice to help parents navigate the preschool search process and make confident, informed choices.
